Hi I've installed a Jotform on my website using the Jotform plugin. My website is wordpress.org. When I look on my website it looks fine and I can answer the questions on the questionnaire, but when I view my website from another device the form is blank- see screenshot. If I scroll all the way across I can see it but that means unless a client does this they won't see it?
I'm not sure what to do to fix this?

Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the problem.
The form is actually there but not mobile responsive when viewed on Safari - iOS devices (iPad or iPhone).
I have now escalated this to our developers for further investigation. You will be informed here once this is fixed.

Thankyou Rose it seems fine now. I noticed in an earlier troubleshooting forum you mentioned adding the mobile responsive widget to fix this issue. I went to edit my form yesterday and add this widget in but it doesn't seem to be there anymore???

This is because the Mobile Responsive widget is not included in the new forms layout, this is why you cannot find them when you browse it while editing the form as you are using the new forms layout.

Ok thanks that makes sense- does this mean if I create another form I am likely to have the same problem?

No, you should not experience the problem anymore. The fix was implemented on the back-end side which means it applies to all the forms.
However, if you come across the same issue, just let us know and we'd be happy to look into it.
