Notification is not functioning properly

    Dear Team,

     

    Greetings...!!!

     

    Here i would like to update you that Notification 1 Email is not generating now please help me with that please check the attached screenshot.

    Only Autorespond 2 has been generated that to deliver to only 3 recipient i want to send it to more recipient please help 

    Please help.....
