How can I associate the answers on my input table to color legends?

I would like to know if I have an input table with several questions and its answers are Yes or No, there is a way I can tell the system if a user answers If you paint the line of some color or if you answer Do not paint the complete line of some other color
It is for the purpose of being able to evaluate the answers more quickly with color legends
