How do I build a survey that I and multiple others can send out and the data is always sent back to me and the person who sent it out-which will vary?

The form you created can be accessed via the direct link. You can find the direct link in the Publish section under Quick Share.

You can create an email notification and then use your email address as the recipient. In this way, you will receive an email when someone completed your form. Here's a guide: Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

If you want to send a confirmation email to the user who completed the form, please create an autoresponder email. Here's a guide: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
