Required fields not working

     All of the forms I have created with Required Fields are not working. We are able to submit the forms without filling in the required fields.

    Hi and thanks for contacting us.

     

    PLease note that Free Services and Discounts field isn't set as required.

     

    By the way I wasn't able to reproduce this error. To submit data I need to fill in other fields (except free services and discounts field that isn't required).

     

    I may suggest you to clear your browser cache and let us know if this solve this error.

    Clearing my browser cache didnt help
    My customers and I are able to click on submit without filling any of the
    form fields out.
    Tested with Chrome Safari Firefox and Opera - all with same result.

    Hi EarCare,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this issue, may I suggest you to try to re-embed your form code in to your website using iFrame method. However, if this suggestion doesn't work, do let us know so we can investigate the said issue and assist you further.

    EarCare- I just wanted to inform you that I have been experiencing similar problems with my created form and that I filled out you form to test if you had the same results. I just wanted to send this message to prevent any confusion or inconvience to you upon recieving my submission. I included the word "test" in the body of the submission so you would know which form was mine.

    I wrote tech support and if I am provided with a solution I would be more then happy to share it with you.
