Why does my form not load for people?

I have a number of users who try to download our forms, but are unable to for some reason the page will not load.  I am trying to help them figure out why the page does not load.   What should I tell about how to fix their problem?  In the case below, the person was able to load the top two links, but not the form, so I know that she is on the right page.

I am not able to replicate mentioned issue. Both embedded forms were loaded properly on my end.

Are you also able to replicate the issue? 

You can suggest your user to use some other browser or some other device. 

You can also re-embed your forms with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get the iFrame code of your form:

I did not understand the download part of your question. How are they trying to download the form?
