how can I turn off the 30-day auto-delete for incomplete payments?

    We need to keep incomplete payment submissions past 30 days. How can I do that?

    Go to the auto-delete dashboard: http://auto-delete.jotform.io/dashboard 

    Then remove the form whose submissions you want to stop deleting automatically:
