I don't have a key but it keeps prompting me to enter one

Your form is currently encrypted. This means that if you don't have the encryption key, you cannot decrypt the submissions. Please check your Downloads folder and look for the "jotform.key" file.

If you cannot locate the encryption key, then there is not much that you can do. It means that your encrypted data is lost forever, there is no copy of the same on our servers and it is not possible to decrypt the one that you had.

Our only recommendation is to turn off encryption right away so you can start receiving submissions normally again. Here's a guide: How-Can-I-Turn-off-the-Encryption-on-My-Form.
