Uploading Issues

We have tried numerous times to upload this document to the UPLOAD MAINTENANCE section of this form.  It always comes up with the error can't upload but no additional information.  ID Submission Date

We weren't able to see the document you are referring to. I checked the submission you have provided (https://www.jotform.com/submission/3762307831817809024) that I was not able to find any uploaded file on the submission. 

Please send to us the document you are trying to upload to your form but was not properly uploaded so we can further investigate. You can send it to support@jotform.com. Please use the subject "Thread 1229616: Uploading Issues" so we can easily locate your email.

You could not see it because, as described in the help request, it does not work. Here is the file :)

Just to confirm, are you not able to upload this specific file or you are not able to upload all files because the Uploadcare widget is not loading?

Do you see the same error as below?

 

Are your submitting the form from direct link https://form.jotform.com/70154078636155 or is it embedded?

Upload File Widget is working.
No, it says CANNOT UPLOAD FILE after trying.

It seems the Upload care widget on your form is not capable of uploading non image files.

 

 

If you upload image file only, it should work.

 

As mentioned in the annotation in the widget, you need to provide the Billing details of your Uploadcare account.
