How do I add simple description text to questions like Single Choice?

I have several questions that are structured like the following:

    1) Why is the sky blue? * [Choose Only One Option]

The purpose of this question is to determine your ability to choose the correct answer from this form. To guide your answering of this, please refer to the manual on basic science. Follow the rubric on sky colors and planets to make your final answer.

Because it is Due to light and water Ask the gods! Doesn't matter

All of this is easy, with the exception of the description paragraph. I used to be able to insert HTML code into the question field in the old form generator where I could accomplish this, and now it strips out the code. And there seems to be no option for this....help??

    Thanks!

Some HTML can be added to option text but for the most part if you want to insert larger blocks of HTML it requires using a "Text" field:

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing, but then the question and description go into the Text box, so that's it makes sense....but then I have to put something in the question field of the Single Choice element. Then, whatever I put in the question of that Single Choice element is redundant, and then the gap between the Text element and the following Single Choice element is large and doesn't look nice.

I posted this question after finding that to be my only choice, and was hoping to find a better one....

Unfortunately, we are not allowing HTML scripts in the new builder V4 as a part of the XSS prevention act.

You can always stylize your forms using Advanced Designer and CSS Helper. Also, we can provide you a Custom CSS Code to reduce the space between the Single Choice field and Text field. We just need to see the form so we can further check it.

Let us know if we can help you in any other way.
