Powered by jotform not removed even after paid subscription

    I still see "Powered by Jotform" under both my forms, even though I have a paid subscription. Please help.

    I have checked your forms but I could not find the JotForm footer in them. Can you try refreshing your browser to see if it's a cache issue on your browser's end?

    If you are seeing the "Powered by JotForm" text somewhere else other than the form, please let us know.
