Last 4 digits of credit card?

1. After submission of a form for a quote, we then contact the customer via phone with pricing information. We then take the credit card information via the phone and process it. Can I include back to the customer (via email) in an edited form the last 4 digits only of their credit card number?

It is against our Terms of Use to collect the credit card info, even the last 4 digits. 

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
