My account got downgraded despite paying

    hi, i got this email

    i paid $19 yesterday, i want the  bronze,   and now it shows free after the submission of the form


    kindly fix this issue asap

    Upon inspection I found that you have upgraded your account username Rudhvi not your account username NISHITH which explains why the latter is still in the Free status.
