my client signed up for a class and used the Square payment processing form. However Square isnt showing any transaction. The form was in test mode, I immediately changed it to live but now how do i process this payment?
the form submission email i recieved has a transaction ID on it.

That is not a real transaction. Please note that users don't get charged when the integration is in test mode, and changing it to live mode will not process any payment. You may ask your user to submit the form again.
