I have a form and need to change the Stripe account that I'm taking payments through to another Stripe account.

You may try changing the Mode to Test mode and then Live mode again in the Payment wizard so that it will be prompting to connect to your Stripe account again. You may then login to the other Stripe account to authorize and receive payments normally.
