PayPal not letting me complete the payment

When I try your first method, PayPal will not let me login since I am the seller and the buyer.

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't allow to send payment with the same account for live payments, You may consider using a different PayPal account or someone else from your near and dear to make a payment for testing. Otherwise, you may consider using Sandbox testing method.
