Hi All,
I am trying to integrate jot forms with my client's Salesforce Sandbox. I added the integration and Jotform is able to authentic the credentials. However, when I select "Contact" object to send the Form records to, it gave Full Name and Email ( form items) but not able to generate Salesforce Contact object Standard fields ( like name and email). It just Says "please select" and when i click on it, nothing happens. What seems to be missing here? Any assistance is very much appreciated? I have a screenshot too but no option to attach here. Thanks. Sri

Please take a look at the following guide to find out how to include a screenshot in your reply.
How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
If possible, please also check a browser console when you are enabling the integration. Share a screenshot of the console if there are any errors.

Hi , Thanks for the reply. I am from a different Company who is doing Integration for Odyssey with Salesforce. I will not have email access to Jotforms account holder from Odyssey. I will be using this thread to communicate issues I am facing with Integration.
I checked the console for the error and it says , "blocked by Client" . here is the screen shot.

The errors shouldn't be related to the problem you're having since I tested with my working Salesforce integration and the same is showing in Console report. When I checked your form there were no any fields in it:
Could you please restore them so we can test?
Also, did you check your Salesforce account if the fields are created there?

okay, I see now, that integration is specific to a particular form we define or defined. I am trying to do integration on an already existing Live form. I don't have all my custom fields yet in Salesforce SB, but trying to set up the integration with few standard fields first. For eg, I already have Live form called Membership with all fields defined in Jotforms. There are a couple of fields like first name and last name in Membership form. I am trying to map those fields to Contact( SF) standard fields ( firstname and last name)
I think this is where the confusion is, when i log into Jotforms, go to plugins, select Apps, Select Salesforce to integrate, click on "Add Form" . it is asking me to create new form and then set up integration i think. However, i want to integrate already existing Live Form to SF sandbox. where do i define this ?

I am afraid that this is not possible to map individual First and Last name fields in our Salesforce integration. The integration is designed to work with the Full Name field.

I appears to be a bug, the integration is supposed to be initiated on the last edited form. I have escalated a bug report ticket to our developers. For now, please enable the integrations on existing forms via Settings > Integrations.

We are sorry for this confusion.
Please note that if you add a widget through Plugins-> widget, the widget is added to a new form, not an existing one. This decision was taken on purpose. So, please use the builder if you want to add a widget to your form or enable integrations via Settings.

Hello Rose,
Could you please send me screen shot where this Builder or Settings located so I can configure integration for already existing Live Form?
I see one Settings by the user name, but it just has billing, API, data, profile etc, but i do not see anything to define integrations for existing form.

If you want to add the Widget to the form, you may add it from the Form elements by choosing Widgets tab. Please see the screencast below:
For integrating any App with your JotForm, you may click on Form Settings tab and then choose Integrations. Please see the screencast below:
Complete the integration wizard so that the app shall be integrated with your form.
Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
