I have cloned one of my jotforms and converted it to a fillable PDF, when I try to test the form it does not submit and I cannot work out why. The PDF is: T%20London/Downloads/72335654484361%20(3).pdf please advise.

I just downloaded your form as a fillable PDF form, and opened it through Adobe Acrobat Read DC, and it worked just fine. You may find the submission in your submissions page.
What software are you using to submit the PDF form?
- detlondonAnswered on August 23, 2017 at 09:43 AMThank you. I had not been opening it in the correct tool.
How can I disable my conditions for the sake of the PDF?

You are correct. The conditions are not supported in fillable PDF form. Here's a guide on how to disable a condition:
1. In the Form Builder, click "Settings" in the top menu and then go to "Conditions".
2. Select the condition and then click the "Properties" icon. After that, click the "Disable" button.
