    I understand that you have upgraded your account Rudhvi to Bronze instead of the other account nishith. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the subscriptions from one account to another. However, we can cancel the subscription on the account Rudhvi and give you a refund. You may then upgrade the other account nishith. Please confirm so that we can proceed further.
