Form Analytics Question - Conversion Rate?

Hello there, 

I wanted to know how your site defines conversion rates. Because I'm required to provide reporting to my client, I just wanted to make sure I'm crystal clear. 

In the attached screenshot, it says the views for the customized range of dates is 41, with 18 responses and this equals a conversion rate of 53%. As I define it, a conversion is when someone visits the site and actually completes the form (response). If that's the case then the percentage of 53% seems incorrect.
