If you plan to send the form submission via email to a specific email address(es), then I suggest you setup another email notification on the form — Setting-Up-Email-Notifications aside from what was created by default when you created the form.
However, if you want to send the email alerts to non-specific recipients (for example— form respondents), you can set up an email autoresponder on the form — Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
