Is there a way to submit the form once certain question has been answered?

Is there any way to submit the selection at the same time the choice is made i.e. single click, rather than click to select, then click to submit?

Unfortunately, JotForm does not have such feature, but you could set a global countdown and submit the form once the form is timed out.

Another way to achieve it would be by adding the following JavaScript code to your form:
