I have had several people say they've tried filling out the form but after pressing submit it just says please wait

Hello, 

I am having some trouble with a form submission. I created the form Mosaic Scholarship and embedded it in our website, greeleymosaic.com/scholarship. I have had several people say they've tried filling out the form but after pressing submit it just says please wait... but never does anything. I tried myself also and got the same thing. Can you please look into this for me and let me know if there is anything I need to do.

You have embedded the form using the source codes and there's a security related error that's causing it to get stuck at Please wait... message.

To fix the problem, please try re-embedding the form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
