    Add the line below to your button's style declaration:

    border2px solid green;

    For example:

    <a class="jotform-feedback-link" id="jotform-feedback-22342101252334" style="padding: 7px 15px; position: fixed; bottom: 0px; font-family: verdana; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 0, 0); z-index: 999; cursor: pointer; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; border-radius: 5px 5px 0px 0px; box-shadow: 0px 0px 5px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3); text-shadow: none; border: 2px solid green;">HAVE YOU GOT ANY QUESTIONS FOR US?</a>

    You can change the border's attributes to suit your preference. Apply this to all your buttons.
