Unfortunately, nothing that I had entered appeared on the har-copy. The fields in which I had entered info were blank. Why, and how can the problem be resolved so that what I type in the fillable PDF appears in a hard-copy? Thanks.

The PDF file should be saved before printing so that the printed copy contains the data you entered. Saving can only be done if you have signed the form after filling out the fields.
Click the link below to learn how to sign a PDF form:
By the way, you can opt to not use a digital signature and simply place a text signature.

I have Adobe Reader 9, up to date. On the toolbar, I found Document. I clicked it and Sign appeared in the drop-down menu. I clicked Sign and Sign Document appeared as the top item in the new drop-down menu. Unfortunately, it was greyed-out and thus non-clickable.
Please advise how to rectify the problem.

Actually, the latest version is Adobe Reader 10. Download it then follow the diagram below:
When you click "Done Signing", you will be prompted to save the signed form. Afterwards, you will be able to print the signed form complete with all the information you entered.

Jotform is very happy to announce the release of the Fillable PDF Form Creator.
This will allow you to fill, submit and/or print a PDF form along with the data on it.
The feature might still show bugs on some forms, but it works beautifully for most of the forms.
Please give it a try and let us know your feedback.
