Hidden fields showing up

I finally got around to implementing your suggestion, along with hiding the rest of the form to prevent a user from filling out the form just to find out we are closed.

However, if the user incorrectly selects for a delivery ASAP so that the rest of the fields are hidden and the text box appears stating Sorry we are closed.., and then the user corrects his choice by selecting delivery for in the future, the hidden fields for date and time that I use for conditional logic appear.  How can I keep these two fields hidden no matter what the user selects?
