I'm surprised jotform allowed two users to register with the same email, one in free and one in paid. despite having a subaccount on a silver account, i can't login to it, and i keep getting redirected to my free account i made ages ago. please delete this account. thanks!

Maybe the other accounts email was changed, from the account. New registrations are not allowed with the same email address since there is a validation.
We will delete this account.
You could also use the other account's username when you login: bilalhameed.
