How can I share forms from free accounts with a paid account?

    Hello,

I have made a form on JotForm and I want to share it with my company's JotForm account which is a paid account. I have made a free account from my company's email address. JotForm has allowed me to share the form through "Add Collaborator" option however, the collaborators cannot edit the form at all. They cannot duplicate the form either.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience as to how to resolve this issue.

    Regards.

    Hello humayunansari,

Do you want to share your form with company account and still have the control over form and submission records?

If that is the case, I would suggest you to please please add your company account as sub-user account in your account and share the desired form. The following guide should help you how to add sub-user account:  http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

If you do not want to retain control over form, there are alternative options also available:

#1. You can share your form URL with your main account and they can clone the forms in that account. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Here are the direct form URLs:

    http://www.jotform.me/form/72302307271445

#2. We can also transfer the forms to your company account. Do get back to us with the form URL and also let us know the destination account username, we will transfer the form.

    Thank you!
