How to view all submissions?

    When I go to view all historical submissions, I'm receiving a info bar that says "Displaying Submissions:  Dates between 2017-07-12 and 2017-08-09

     

    I know that I've previously accessed date from 1.22.17.  Why do I no longer have access to that data?
