why arent submissions being forwarded to me?

I advice you to do the Mandrill workaround. It is also advised to whitelist our IP addresses if the latter solution doesn't work for you or you can contact your service provider to do it for you, just give them the IP's listed above.

Make sure to check your spam folder, and mark our notification as NOT SPAM if you find any. Also, whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses as previously suggested. In addition to this, if you are using your own SMTP credentials, make sure they are okay, so you may contact your email service provider.
