    Hi,

    My form is working and it's a wonderful product you offer. I'm very satisfied.
    Still having two questions you could help me with to make it even better.

    First i've noticed the form sometimes displays all conditions that suppose to be hidden. Refreshing or page reloading makes the form working fine. This malfunction can cause submissions where all required fields are not filled I suspect. I've got some of those.

    Secondly, I have tried to get rid of the feedback form horizontal scrollbar and left-right white space, trying all I got from Forum but with no result. Making the width larger gives more white space only still with horizontal scrollbar.

    Thank you in advance!
    Ken

    The embedded form's scripts might be causing a conflict with your feedback script. Try using the iFrame method to embed the non-feedback form.

    Also, in your page's source code, find the reference to jQuery library (latest version)

    Paste this code right below the jQuery reference (then save your page):

    <script type="text/javascript">
      $.noConflict();
    </script>

    Secondly, I have tried to get rid of the feedback form horizontal scrollbar and left-right white space, trying all I got from Forum but with no result. Making the width larger gives more white space only still with horizontal scrollbar.

    Try changing the feedback embed script to use feedback instead of feedback2

    <script src="//jotformeu.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    Let me know if these solutions help or not.

    Hi!

    I added javascript code you suggested right below jQuery library and will keep eye on the page loadings. Changing feedback2 to feedback were solving the horizontal scrollbar issue.

    Thanks a lot!
