How to adjust the quantity of purchasing the Software Assurance?

    Dear Nitro,

    I received the email regarding the Software Assurance about to expire. When I clicked on the tab that states, "Buy Now" it took me to the purchase page; however I noticed that it showed a quantity of 6. We do not need to purchase 6 Software Assurances. Only 2. How can that be adjusted?

    I am not sure which email that you are referring to. I believe that you are referring to a different product and posted your question on JotForm forum. We request you to check the email once again and contact the other product support team for assistance.
