Cancelled Payment Redirect Problem with PayPal

I'm currently in the testing phase of a form that has PayPal integration in it (NOTE: I am not using Sandbox mode). When I proceed through the process and get to the PayPal side for payment options there is a link to cancel. When I clicked on that link I get the following error message:

    Cannot GET /webapps/hermes/undefined

It seems to me that there is somewhere that I should be able to set up a cancelled order redirect but I'm not seeing it. Do you know how to get this set up so that if someone cancels out of the payment process they get taken to a legit page and not an error page?

I have just checked your form and noticed you are currently collecting donations. Also, seems like you are using the PayPal standard integration while subscriptions are only available with  the business accounts.

Please get more  information about it here: https://www.paypal.com/pdn-recurring

These guides will help you with PayPal Pro:

I would recommend you to integrate PayPal Pro and recurring payments, please let us know how it goes.

There seems to be a miscommunication here. As far as I can tell this doesn't really address my question. I can look at PayPal Pro later, but I'm not attempting to make a recurring payment or subscriptions for this form.

The issue here isn't with how the payment gets processed, that has been successful. The issue is with the cancel link not redirecting to a proper place.

If I understand correctly, you are saying that you are doing an actual PayPal submission payment using your form. Can you confirm that you were logged in to your PayPal account and was in PayPal screen already to confirm the payment?

It will help us see the issue also if you can share to us a screenshot image of the page where the Cancel link URL you refer to.

We will check further once we know more details.

As far as I know, it is not possible to update that URL through the form.  I believe this has been true since the integration was added:

It should return to the form by default and cannot be modified, but it should not be returning an error page.

I did some more looking an I am not sure how your cancel URL was updated.  Let us know if you are unable to remove the current URL and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.
