My account got autosuspended

    Good afternoon, our account was suspended after we used a Template, the possibility of access again? Thank you.

    Upon inspection I found that your account got autosuspended because your form "Inbound Marketing Form" with ID 72335812714656 is collecting usernames and passwords, in violation of our terms of use.
