Why does my form have "(disabled)" next to it in the My Forms window? It seems to be fully functional.

Hi and thanks for contacting us.

You probably have accidentally disabled your form.

To disable/enable your form simply go to "My Forms" section and do a right click on your form. Now choose "Disable form" or "Enable form" (in case you've previously disabled it).

    Hope this helps.
