How can I setup sub products?

So My order Sheet form which is related to Food & Beverage,

I am want to be able to create categories not just the items in order to keep it more organised

 

Example:

 

Butchery 

Chicken

Beef

Ribs

Sausages

 

Bakery

Cheese croissant 

Strabery Danish

Pannini Bread

Loaf Bread

White milk Bread

What you could do it set up sub-products and have the main product be your category.  For more information on how to set up sub-products, please see the following guide:

Hello Zaid, I don't see any issues adding a QUANTITY to a product. Here's how it went from my perspective:

Have you skimmed through the guide suggested by my colleague? If not, I strongly urge you to refer to it. It should walk you through the entire process of creating sub-products.
