I have a form/job offer that an employer fills out and signs. And, then we must somehow make that accessible to an employee and make it signable for them as well.
We have the widget where someone can sign in the form. But, unfamiliar with how to make it accessible to more than 1 person once submitted.
Any help or direction would be great!
Thank you,

Upon checking the form, I see that the form will be filled and approved by the employer and will also be approved by the participant for a job.
To my understanding, the employer will fill up the form first and then the form will be sent filled to the participant for further approval, is that correct?
If that is the case, you can send the edit link of the form that was submitted to the participant's email address through email autoresponders — Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

You can set conditions on your form to make the fields in it disabled when the form is loaded from an edit link. Similar to what was workaround mentioned in this guide — How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL, but instead of hiding the fields you can just disable them — How-to-Enable-Disable-Fields-Using-Conditional-Logic

The participants need to submit the form in edit mode to record their input.
