Would it be possible to change my username and password? I keep forgetting it and forgetting where do I save it, as of right now I can't change my password because I don't remember the current one ... I am adding the app to my phone as it is convenient for work but I can't log in. I would like to change it all. Please can you help?

If you cannot change your password via the accounts page since you forgot your current password which is required, you can use the "Forgot Password?" from our login page. Just make sure you have access to the email address associated with the account because the password reset instructions will be sent to that email address.
As for updating your account username, there is no option to do that within your account, however, we will be glad to do that for you. You can provide us at least three usernames in the order of your preference so if your first choice is not available, we can try the other two.
You can change your password first before we update your username.
