Some of your forms ask credit card information using plain text fields. This violates our terms.

We have deleted the CC fields in your forms and unsuspected your account. You can now log in. Please refrain from adding CC fields in your form using plain text fields to avoid suspension.

If you want to collect payments through credit card, you must use payment integrations with built-in CC fields like Paypal Pro, Stripe, Dwolla, Authorize.net and etc. If you want to charge the user's credit card manually on a later date, enable payment authorization in your payment field settings https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

If you have any questions, let us know.
