    My form is at https://form.jotform.us/DLAForms/conference-information--registratio

I'm using JotForm as a way for people to register for our annual conference.

I have a question on the form that says "I am submitting this information for someone other than myself"

There is an option to say yes or no. If the answer is yes I've created a condition that ask for that person's email address.

If the answer is yes, I would like the confirmation email to go to the email address listed for the yes person.

How do I get that email to go to the yes person's email address?

Besides the Notification you have created for you, and the autoresponder that is sent to the person who submits the form, you can create a second autoresponder for the second email field, and create a condition to trigger it if the second "E-mail" field is filled: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
