How do I register multiple family members without repeating all the information?

I would like to register multiple family members for our Giving Tree program without having to rekey or show all information. When I answer "Would you like to register another member?" and the answer is "YES" then ONLY the Gift Registration section should show. 

However, I do need one entry for each family member recorded.  Each entry recorded should have the date, family number, person handling the registration AND the Contact Information along with the Gift Registration per family member.

Currently, when I select "Would you like to register another member?" and the answer is "YES", all the pages appear and I ONLY need the Gift Registration page.

Ok, I love the idea using the Configurable List as it simplifies the entry on the form. HOWEVER, it dumps all the data into ONE field when I go review the submissions. I need a separate entry for each person or at least where each piece of data (name, gender, age, wish, size) is recorded in a separate field in the spreadsheet and NOT all lumped together.

Another suggestion would bee adding sets of fields, and show each set at once based on the selection made in the spinner, example:
