Hello, i recently made a form where customers can go shopping and buy perfumes in the facebook website we have. Nevertheless, when customers input the C'C information and fill the information necesary. When they submit the form, i do not receive any notification and payment is not process. What might be the problem? Looking forward t your response. Thank you

If the payment process was not completed, you will not recieve the notification email for it. You can instead check the incomplete payments in the form submissions. You can do this by going to My Forms / Submissions .
