I have done this support ticket thing several times and still cannot figure out how to set it up for someone to pay us via purchase order. I need to speak with someone on the telephone so they can talk me through it. One person says I need to upgrade accounts, the next say I do not. They send me directions, but I think they are directions if I want to pay you by purchase order. Please tell me how to actually speak to someone there.

Unfortunately, we do not have a phone support. We attend to our customer's concern here on our support forum or via email at support@jotform.com. It seems you want to add a Purchase Order field on your form. You can find the field in the Form Elements > Payments section. To setup a Purchase Order field on your form, you can check this guide: Setting Up Your First Order Form.
