My sub user doesn't have access to all form elements.

My sub users have full access to edit all forms and create new forms, but when they are creating a form, they don't have the option to use all the same form elements that I have.  The scale rating doesn't show up under survey elements, for example.

How can I give her access to all the form elements?

I would like to add screenshots to show you the difference between our two accounts and which form elements she is not able to access, but I don't see how to add a screen shot.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

I have tried checking on form sharing option using sub user but seem I cant find where the issue is with form elements on shared form.

I would like to kindly request you to elaborate more on the challenges you are having.

When I, the account owner, create a new form, I have access to the full menu of form elements on the lefthand side of my screen.

I have created two sub accounts.  When one of those users logs in to create a form, she only has as a limited list of form elements.  She can not add a header, or add a Scale Rating, or any Page Elements at all.  I have given her full access to all forms with the ability to edit.  When I log in to edit a form that she created, I also can't access any of those form elements such as header, Scale Rating, Page Elements, etc.  I want to attach screen shots to my original post so you can see the differences between my form elements as the account owner vs. her form elements as a sub account user...please tell me how I can.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. I have checked and noticed that you account is using different layout from the two Sub-accounts. The two sub-accounts will need to change the form layout to be able to view the other form elements.

The sub-accounts need to change from "New Layout" to "Legacy Layout" which is the layout used by the main account.

To do so kindly check out the demo below.

Kindly do let us know if this resolves your issue.

Thank you for your patience and once again apologies for any delays and inconveniences caused.
