You can delete any submissions over a year old in our account

You have notified me that we are out of "submission storage space" - here's what you can do.

Go ahead and delete any submissions over a year old.  We download all that information as we receive it so there is no reason for you to keep it.

However you seem to have submissions for forms that have been deleted.  I cannot access them to delete them because the forms are not there.  Therefore, my original suggestion still holds.

Thanks to the information you kindly provided I was able to confirm that you have several deleted forms that have submissions in them, and these do indeed count in the submissions storage.

Please note that by permanently deleting these forms, you will delete the associated submissions with them, clearing your submissions storage as a result.
