I have not received the password reset email.

    No email is sent for password reset after i have clicked the reset password button.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check our email logs but could't locate any password reset instructions email sent. Did you actually try to reset your password? 

    I have initiated your password recent process for your account and the email was sent successfully. Please check your email inbox and see if you have received the email or not. 

    Do get back to us if the issue persists and we will manually forward the email it to you.
