I we use jot form to ask about our available rooms maybe 5/6 hit a month can we put a calendar along side showing in room is already booked

    We would like a room booking system that notify that charity and the person making inquiry, also show room availability. and possibly takes payment

    If you would like you and the respondents of your form to be notified via email when the form is successfully submitted, then I suggest you create an email notification and email autoresponder in your form.

    With regards to showing room availability, there is a workaround where respondents will not be allowed to select the same room on the same date if it was previously selected by other respondents.

    You can use a drop-down field to show the available rooms you offer and a date field where respondents can select the date(s) they want to book. Pass the value of those fields into another field following this guide — Conditional-Logic-Inserts-Text-Calculation-Into-A-Field

    Then, use that other field as a unique question to prevent duplicate submissions with the same value or booking information— How-to-Have-Unique-Question-Using-Multiple-Fields
