It is against our Terms of Use to collect credit card info on plain text fields.

Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information and cannot be collected on plain text fields. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

Because of that we have scanned all of our database and replaced part of the CC numbers with # hash symbols. From now on data in credit card fields will be replaced with the # hash symbols.

You have the credit card fields is following forms:

You need to remove the fields that are used for collecting credit card info from mentioned forms.

If you do not remove those fields in next 24 hours, we will need to do it.

Termination. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service membership or suspend your access to all or part of the JotForm Service, without notice, if Company determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Further, you agree that Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing your Submissions or suspending or terminating your access to the JotForm Service. You may discontinue your participation in and access to the JotForm Service at any time.

Yikes - sorry about that! I'm re-using forms that were set up by a previous employee and had no idea that this wasn't allowed.

No problem, but please edit those forms and remove the credit card fields.

If you want to charge your users manually at a later date, I would suggest you to use on of the payment tools that have built in credit card fields like Paypal Pro, Stripe, Authorize.net.
