My account is suspended how can it be unsuspended?

    The form "Vacation Giveaway Registration Form" is asking for credit card information. That's the reason why your account got suspended. As per our terms, we do not allow asking for credit card information here in JotForm. 

    We need to delete the guilty fields or the form so we can re-activate your account back in good status. Let us know if that is okay with you so we can proceed.

    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    In order to activate your account, it is required to agree with our terms and delete the guilty fields from the form. Please confirm so that we can delete the fields and activate the account.
