Contacting the form developer

Dear JotForms,

Our company Next Day Floors has a website form create in JotForms that was developed through a consultant that hired the JotForms developer. We no longer have a relationship with the consultant. The owner of the form is listed as "kescheren", who I assume is the developer. I need to get in touch with this person. How can I do that?

Unfortunately we cannot give you contact information for another user.  The only thing I can recommend would be to follow up with the consultant to find our who they hired to create the forms.
